Correctly master low GI, diet control with be easier!

In recent years, Japan's popular low-insulin diet. In fact, it is the "low GI diet". GI is the Glycemic Index, simply to say is the speed of our body to produce sugar. If the GI is high, our body will produce sugar fast, insulin will be a lot of secretion and our fat cell will be large. 

Below I will introduce four rules for low GI to let you all can remember it easily.

1. The lower food processing, the better 
For example, whole grain, ten grains, purple rice, brown rice, oatmeal is don't have any processing. Like white rice is more refined which mean it have been process. Fruits is also the same, for example a original grape is better than a raisin. Simply to say is the prototype of the food.

2. The lower starch gelatinization, the better 
What is gelatinization means? Gelatinization means that our rice and our porridge to compare, rice will be better. Cold rice will be better than hot rice.

3. The higher the food strength, the better
For example, French bread is harder than pineapple bread. Then the GI index, French bread will be lower than pineapple bread. 

4. The higher the fiber integrity, the better
Basically, fruits and vegetables are good. But if you really want to compare it, apple will be better than apple juice, pineapple will be better than pineapple juice. Remember, try not to destroy the fiber of the food.
